Group sessions

The program includes 1 kick-off session, 1 session to discuss how to implement insights, 1 session to discuss how it’s going, and a last one to reflect on the program

Kick-off session - “Know your numbers, know yourself”

Goal:

Introduce participants to CGM technology.
Establish trust and curiosity, and frame the program as a journey of discovery and empowerment.

Discussion Topics:

Framing CGM as a mirror, not a judgment tool
How to interpret glucose patterns (spikes, dips, variability)
Go over experiments related to sleep, stress, food, and movement
Personal goals: What do participants hope to learn or change?

Session 2 - “From data to decisions”

Goal:

Help participants translate CGM insights into actionable lifestyle changes.

Discussion Topics:

Reviewing CGM trends: What surprised you? What patterns emerged?
Identifying the high-impact levers: meal timing, food composition, movement after meals
Behavioral experiments: framing changes as trials, not commitments
Group sharing: what’s working, what’s challenging
Setting 1–2 personalized goals for the next month

Session 3 - “Making it stick”

Goal:

Support participants in sustaining changes, troubleshooting setbacks, and building identity around new habits.

Discussion Topics:

• What habits feel natural now? What still takes effort?
• Habit stacking and environmental cues
• Social and emotional triggers: how to navigate real-life complexity
• Reframing lapses as learning opportunities
• Preparing for CGM re-use: what do you want to see in the data?

Session 4 - “Your blood sugar journey: What has changed?”

Goal:

Celebrate progress, reflect on data-driven impact, and reinforce long-term motivation and community.

Discussion Topics:

• Comparing initial and final CGM data: what’s shifted?
• Subjective wins: energy, mood, confidence, food freedom
• Sharing success stories and unexpected learnings
• Planning for the long term: how to keep your momentum going
• Optional: invite participants to mentor future cohorts
